central location excellent breakfast
the location is excellent as the arlanda express terminal is a short walk away. the breakfast was also very good and contained many choices (i especially liked the fresh fruit!).
the room lacked a bathrobe and slippers, these things would have been useful.

The staff answered emails quickly prior to arrival. This was helpful for planning. i found them quite efficient and polite when i needed assistance. overall, i felt well taken care of.

amazing stay at the waterfront
panoramic view gluten free breakfast
i often visit for conferences. this time i booked a room with a panoramic view it showcased the lake and skyline beautifully. chef rachit prepared special gluten-free breakfasts i was concerned about cross-contamination with the buffet. joseph, the waiter, always remembered us from previous stays he provided great service each morning.
the gym felt small i noticed the water machine wasn't working. this detail impacted my workout routine . i think a working water machine is a simple thing that should be available.

the room featured floor-to-ceiling windows providing great natural light and panoramic views. the cleanliness was perfect the room felt very fresh. the bed was comfortable offering a restful sleep after a long day.

the location was perfect right next to the central station! traveling with kids was easy as the station had fast food options. the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff at the reception was good and professional.
the superior room did not have a minibar.
